Eligibility Criteria
- GST Registration (mandatory)
- Minimum 10K genuine Instagram followers
- Engagement Rate: At least 2%
- Active professional social media presence with brand-aligned content (visual quality, tone)
- Agree to Price Integrity Policy (no unauthorized discounts)
- Must sign DOTS Online Partner Agreement
- No partnership with competing apparel brands
- Based in India with valid business address proof
- Location-based approval: DOTS limits partners per state to avoid overlap
- Account age of 6 months or more

Pricing Policy
✔ Partners must adhere strictly to
DOTS’ MRP
✔ No unauthorized discounts,
flash sales, or price manipulation
✔Any violation leads to immediate termination of authorization
Platform Restriction
✔ Products can only be sold
on authorized
social media accounts and WhatsApp
✔ No listing on Amazon,
Flipkart, And also in the
unapproved websites
Content Guidelines
✔ Consistent posting (minimum 4 posts per month featuring DOTS products)
✔ High-quality images & captions aligned with brand values
✔ Tag @dotsapparels in all relevant posts
Transparency & Reporting
✔ Share monthly sales reports with DOTS
✔ Respond to customer inquiries
within 24 hours
✔ Cooperate with DOTS audits for compliance
Agreement Compliance
✓ All partners must sign
the DOTS Online Partner Agreement
before activation
✓ Violations of any guideline will lead to suspension or permanent removal
