DOTS – MAP & Seller Guidelines

At DOTS, we collaborate with a select group of wholesalers and online resellers to ensure our products reach customers with fair and consistent value.
These guidelines are shared for reference, helping maintain brand integrity and uniformity across all selling platforms.
1. Uniform Pricing
DOTS maintains a standard price range across all products and platforms.
Authorized sellers may fix their prices within the approved range depending on local market demand. Selling below the DOTS minimum standard price requires prior approval to ensure fairness among all partners.
2. Promotions & Offers
DOTS supports creative, value-based offers instead of direct price cuts.
Examples include:
- Combo deals (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free)
- Add-on or gift-based promotions
Any major discount sale or offer event must be mutually discussed and approved by DOTS before announcement, to maintain uniform pricing across all sellers.
3. Offer Naming
To preserve DOTS’ brand image and avoid customer confusion:
- The term “Clearance Sale” should not be used in DOTS-related promotions.
- Use approved terms such as “Official DOTS Offer Period” or “Brand-Approved Sale Event.”
4. Offer Period Coordination
- Authorized sellers may participate in Brand-Approved Sale Events up to twice per year, during mutually agreed months.
- Each seller can include their own past-season collection, previous batch, or selected styles in these events.
- Discount range, duration, and communication style will be finalized collectively with DOTS.
5. Price Discipline
- Uniform pricing is a key part of DOTS’ brand value.
- All sellers — both online and offline — must follow the approved pricing structure.
- Price undercutting or unauthorized discounting is strictly not permitted.
- If any major sale or price adjustment is planned, it must be discussed and aligned with DOTS in advance.
6. Stock Handling
DOTS operates purely on a wholesale and reseller model and does not accept stock returns or exchanges.
Sellers may clear past-season or selected styles through brand-approved offer periods or creative combo offers, provided they comply with DOTS’ pricing norms.
